Just finished the intel course, completely overwhelmed and excited with my new found knowledge. Found it really valuable for ideas from other teachers especially primary teachers (I am secondary), how can we bring some of the culture from primary to our high schools? What will work?

I have to agree with Denny. Being able to share our roles as educators across the divide (primary vs. secondary) has been immensely worthwile. (…sometimes it feels like a divide!…)
For that matter, just having a bunch of teachers in a room together willing to share some of the little things they do in their classrooms is incredibly worthwhile. I think sometimes we feel we have to be doing something of superstar status before we will tell others about it. Often it’s not the superstar stuff that others are looking for – it can be just the little things that might not seem impressive to us but are a solution for somebody else.
