		<description>I have to agree with Denny. Being able to share our roles as educators across the divide (primary vs. secondary) has been immensely worthwile. (...sometimes it feels like a divide!...)

For that matter, just having a bunch of teachers in a room together willing to share some of the little things they do in their classrooms is incredibly worthwhile. I think sometimes we feel we have to be doing something of superstar status before we will tell others about it. Often it&#039;s not the superstar stuff that others are looking for - it can be just the little  things that might not seem impressive to us but are a solution for somebody else.</description>
